To join our team as a Program Specialist! CLEAResult is seeking a Program Specialist with excellent communication and organizational skills to work as part of our Nashville, Tennessee-based team supporting the TVA EnergyRight Residential program. The Program Specialist position provides support to the Administrative Department and helps ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role can encompass multiple areas, including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, program launch testing and process definition, documentation and improvement.

For this opportunity, qualified candidates will be able to...

  • Review and validate application and program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely processing of energy efficiency measures.
  • Support the planning, testing, launch, and ongoing implementation of new program initiatives, products, processes, and system enhancements.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs, document requirements, and support successful implementation of customer- and client-facing initiatives.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), process validation, issue resolution, and change management activities associated with new systems, tools, and program enhancements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve program, processing, and implementation-related issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to manage timelines, monitor system functionality, identify risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain program reporting, performance metrics, and operational goals while ensuring high-quality stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • Develop, analyze, and present reports that support operational decision-making and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and program objectives.
  • Perform special projects and other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-6 years of relative industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Appropriate typing abilities, minimum 65 wpm
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with specific ability to work with Excel formulas
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team while fostering a cooperative work environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Commitment to arriving on time and maintaining a good attendance record
