What is a relationship associate?

Relationship Associates are professionals who manage and nurture relationships between a company and its clients or customers. They often work in industries like banking, finance, and professional services, serving as the main point of contact for clients. Their responsibilities typically include addressing client needs, providing information about products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also help identify opportunities to expand business relationships and may assist with account management and problem resolution.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a relationship associate?
