Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) HireNow Snapshot HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to join one of our valued client partners in Grapevine, Texas. This full-time onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced transportation brokerage professional who thrives on business development, strategic account management, and delivering customized freight solutions across multiple transportation modes. The selected candidate will play a critical role in expanding customer relationships, generating new business, managing transportation accounts, and partnering with operations to ensure exceptional service while maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new freight opportunities through proactive business development and relationship-building initiatives
  • Develop, grow, and manage a portfolio of transportation brokerage accounts
  • Expand existing customer partnerships through strategic account development and consultative sales
  • Coordinate freight solutions including Full Truckload (FTL), Dry Van, Reefer, Intermodal, Drayage, Specialized Equipment, Over-Dimensional, and Multi-Modal shipments
  • Develop competitive freight pricing strategies that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability
  • Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to ensure successful shipment execution
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with transportation carriers and logistics partners
  • Resolve shipment issues, service disruptions, claims, and customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Monitor freight market conditions, transportation trends, and emerging business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and CRM tools
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to increase account revenue and long-term retention
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a non-asset freight brokerage environment
  • Proven business development, transportation sales, or account management experience
  • Strong understanding of freight pricing, transportation execution, and brokerage operations
  • Experience coordinating FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Intermodal, Drayage, and Over-Dimensional freight
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, Texas
