Job Overview

At RealJoy Vacations, our homeowners are more than clients. They are partners who trust us with one of their most valuable investments.

As an Owner Relations Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, relationship manager, and advocate for a portfolio of vacation rental homeowners along Florida's Emerald Coast. You'll help owners maximize the performance of their investment, navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and feel confident they have chosen the right management partner.

You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 75 to 120 homeowners, building long term relationships while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

This role combines relationship management, hospitality, business consulting, and problem solving. No two days are exactly alike, and every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and create long term success.
