The Associate will support senior client relations professionals in strengthening client relationships and driving asset growth, with exposure to RIAs, consultants, banks, broker-dealers, and institutional investors. • Interest in investment markets, with the ability and willingness to discuss strategies and portfolio positioning with clients and prospects
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team initiatives
  • Foundational understanding of global equity investing, investment manager selection, and asset allocation concepts
  • Willingness to travel as needed (typically less than 10%)
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain; firm-sponsored)
  • Progress toward or interest in pursuing the CFA designation a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000. The firm's total compensation program includes an annual base salary, an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, a remunerative long-term incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; a flexible spending account (FSA) program; and access to various wellness and employee assistance programs.
