Responsibilities of the Sales & Client Relations Associate:

  • Drive daily sales operations by managing inquiries, guiding prospective members through the sales process, and keeping accurate records using internal systems
  • Deliver outstanding service to members and prospects through prompt phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Support marketing initiatives, outbound communications, networking efforts, and occasionally lead tours for potential new clients
