Job description

The Client Relations Associate is a professional, detail-oriented individual to serve in a dual-role position combining front office client experience with service support in our Personal Lines department. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients while also assisting our Personal Lines teams with service-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience | Front Desk

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Assist clients with basic inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members
  • Support overall office operations by assisting with day-to-day needs and maintaining inventory of office supplies, placing orders when necessary

Personal Lines Service Support

  • Process Certificates of Insurance [COIs] in accordance with policy terms and carrier guidelines
  • Issue Auto ID cards
  • Assist with policy change requests, such as endorsements, updates, etc.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative and service tasks
  • Help ensure accurate documentation and data entry in Agency Management Systems
  • Follow up on client requests to ensure timely service
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Insurance license must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment and maintained throughout the course of employment
