PepperPointe Partnerships is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to join their team. This role works closely with senior leadership to support the company’s future growth. The partner relations manager role will report directly to the Director of Business Development and be one of the first points of contact and representation of PepperPointe Partnerships. They are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing and prospective doctor partners, and offering overall support to help the organization achieve its goals. 

*This role is based in Lexington KY and supports our Virginia client group, some travel will be required - 4-5 times per year.


  • Daily client engagement and cross functional leader in relationship management, proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating client needs. 
  • Collaborate internally to develop (and support the implementation of) strategic business plans and analyses to ensure goals and KPIs are met. 
  • Develops and implements effective communication strategies for current and prospective clients.  
  • Support board management efforts and related initiatives. 
  • Develops and fosters beneficial relationships with doctor partners, associates, potential providers, and individuals in the dental community to build new partnerships and enhance the organization’s reputation. 
  • Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business goals. 
  • Lead and manage major projects including retirements, associate onboarding, provider offboarding, general contract review, and overall liaison to general counsel.  
  • Monitors competitive activity for partners and the company, draws conclusions, assesses implications and prepares marketing and research reports. 
  • Assesses potential partners in terms of income potential, culture and mission fit. 
  • Supports doctor event planning and execution efforts. 
  • Identifies opportunities for thought leadership and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness of PepperPointe Partnerships to prospective partners. 
  • Participates in regular meetings to keep management up to date on current opportunities and competitive actions. 
  • Works closely with existing partners to help strategically grow their practice through mergers, acquisitions, construction, and consolidations.

  • Minimum of five to seven years public relations, sales, or client relations experience 
  • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion
  • On-site position with regular office hours and occasional nights and weekends
  • Must live in Central Kentucky where the majority of practices within the Central Kentucky group are located
