Rehabilitation Program Manager Salary: $104,000 - $135,200 annually Full/Part Time

Rehabilitation Program Manager essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain established standards for quality and principles of patient care.
  • Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services.
  • Manages therapy programs provided by Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Responsible for clinical performance for the rehabilitation department.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the rehabilitation department.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
  • Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Rehabilitation Program Manager Entry Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current valid state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP where applicable.
  • Three to Five years (3-5) clinical experience preferred.
