Position Summary
The Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program Coordinator provides oversight and coordination of the PSR program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote recovery, independence, and community integration for individuals with behavioral health challenges. The PSR Coordinator provides administrative support, direct service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure the program meets all contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
The PSR Program Coordinator is responsible for daily program operations, supervision of PSR staff, coordination of services, and maintenance of program compliance. The position works collaboratively with the Program Services Manager, other coordinators, and community partners to promote effective service delivery and positive outcomes for participants.
We are currently seeking a full-time PSR Program Coordinator to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination and Administration
  • Oversee daily operations of the PSR program to ensure effective, efficient, and person-centered service delivery.
  • Coordinate service delivery in accordance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure all required documentation, including service notes and treatment plans, is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Monitor program compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and service delivery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate participant records in the electronic health record (EHR) system and/or other required databases.
  • Support data collection and reporting for quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in audits, monitoring visits, and program evaluations as required.
Staff Supervision and Training
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Direct Support Professionals supporting the PSR program.
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to meet program and participant needs.
  • Collaborate with the Program Services Manager to develop and implement supervision and development plans.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and trauma-informed team culture focused on recovery and empowerment.
Direct Service
  • Carry a limited caseload and provide direct psychosocial rehabilitation services as needed.
  • Facilitate individual and group interventions that focus on skill development, emotional wellness, coping strategies, and community integration.
  • Support participants in developing and achieving individualized goals related to daily living, interpersonal relationships, employment readiness, and wellness management.
  • Coordinate with mental health providers, care managers, vocational specialists, and other service professionals to support participant progress and continuity of care.
  • Provide crisis intervention, guidance, and supportive counseling when needed.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Maintain effective and professional communication with internal teams, external providers, families, and stakeholders.
  • Promote collaboration with community partners to enhance participant access to resources and opportunities.
  • Represent the PSR program in internal meetings, community outreach efforts, and interdisciplinary case reviews.
Other Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all Neuse Enterprises Inc. policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet program needs, including occasional evening or weekend activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field required
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation services.
  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
