Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - Seeking a SLP or PTA Candidate with DOR experience! Skilled Nursing Facility in Cambridge /OHIO

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (SLP or PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, Ohio.
  • Full-Time, open to a SLP or PTA Candidate!
  • Prior Management experience preferred
  • Flexible Schedule

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PTA ) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Qualifications:
  • Current state licensure
  • Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Mastors Degree in Speech Language Pathology and has thier CCC's.
  • Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
