Position: Rehab Tech (Rehabilitation Technician)
Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY
Shift: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $17–$18 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Rehab Tech/Aide to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist our therapy staff in providing high-quality rehabilitative services and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our therapy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist therapy staff with the implementation of the Functional Maintenance Program

  • Support therapists during patient interventions

  • Escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment

  • Restock therapy supplies and manage inventory

  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

  • Complete documentation to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude
