Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
  • Bonus: 5% Annual Incentive (OAIA)
  • 401(k): 5% company match
  • Paid Time Off: 88 hours to start, up to 168 hours with tenure.

About the Role

The Regional Service Manager leads a team of commercial HVAC service technicians across a designated regional footprint. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians to drive engagement and performance.
  • Manage hiring, evaluations, and compensation planning.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Operations Management

  • Oversee dispatch and service scheduling to meet service-level expectations.
  • Manage preventative maintenance programs and service delivery.
  • Review service work and invoices for accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze workflow and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage inventory to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial HVAC or field service operations
  • Proven experience managing teams of technicians.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong client and internal relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field service systems
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills

Preferred

  • Technical certifications or specialized training in HVAC or related field

Work Environment & Travel

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25% within assigned region
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel to job sites, client locations, and team meetings.
