Job description

Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced RN Oversite to work at the Warren County Detention Center in North Carolina. This role is ideal for an RN that value structure, and is ready to take ownership of clinical operations while continuing hands on patient care.

Position Details

Location: Warren County Detention Center, NC
Position: PT RN Oversite 
Hours: 2 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care while coordinating daily nursing operations
Support and guide nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations
Ensure treatment plans and provider directives are followed accurately
Respond to medical concerns, emergencies, and time sensitive situations
Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice, facility policies, and clinical guidelines
Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
