Job description

Join Our Caring Community

As Nurse Practitioner, you will apply advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity.

You will provide health promotion/maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions, prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment, exercise independent judgment on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks. You will report to the Associate Medical Director.

This position will be a fully onsite role based at our CenterWell Montclaire location.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master of Science Degree in Nursing or PA Studies
  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
  • Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Science of Nursing /PA

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $123,800 - $170,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
