Bubba's Gourmet Burghers and Beer and Bubba's Kitchen + Bar is looking for an experienced and dedicated Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across four locations. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As our Regional Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each of our locations operates smoothly and delivers the high-quality food and service our customers have come to expect. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of four restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
