Job Duties:
The primary function of this Sales Manager position is
  • Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers

ADT customers, while selling the ADT product suite and alarm services
  • Help mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Assist in developing team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
  • Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
  • Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
  • Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
  • Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work)
  • Leading From The Front
