Sares Regis Group Residential of Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG Residential has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets. The company manages a portfolio of approximately 42,000 apartment units.
REGIONAL MANAGER - San Diego
REGIONAL MANAGER - Inland Empire
These positions will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
    Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
  • Must have experience in multi-family property management
  • Prefer 2-4 years experience as a Regional Manager
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
  • Strong financial background
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Lease-up experience preferred but not required
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)

Salary range is $135K-$165K/year. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
