Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This is a Full Time position that pays $18 / hour and is located at 2905 Lexington Ave. S Eagan, MN 55121.
The available schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with and support the Remarketing department and is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport, and/or rental. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to work independently without immediate supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Check in vehicles with our Vehicle Inventory Control Devices (daily)
  • Maintain vehicle control
  • Lot organization - in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain and organize key security
  • Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
  • Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick up and delivery
  • Reconditioning duties and may build vendor relationships
  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
