Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a globally connected engineering team responsible for delivering and supporting critical technology solutions used across Vanguard's international business.

This role combines people leadership, delivery leadership, and strategic partnership. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders across multiple regions, helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management

  • Oversee delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment to product goals and business priorities

  • Partner with global stakeholders across regions to manage priorities and drive outcomes

  • Support operational planning, including staffing, delivery forecasting, and team capacity

  • Drive continuous improvement across team processes, delivery model, and operational efficiency

  • Contribute to shaping team strategy and identifying opportunities for future value creation

  • Monitor delivery metrics and communicate status, risks, and progress to leadership

  • Collaborate with technical experts to inform decisions, ensuring solutions align with business and technology needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management experience.
