Job Responsibilities

1. Channel and Scenario Development : Responsible for developing and building a B2B distributors network of high-end fitness chain institutions, top-tier training bases for professional athletes, and boutique personal training studios within the assigned region. The focus is on elite fitness venues with high entry barriers, world-class facilities, and a commitment to providing professional athletic performance enhancement or injury rehabilitation services.

2. Integrated Solution Sales : Drive distributors to integrate wearable tools, mild-hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and AI-powered massage robots into existing fitness equipment integration solutions, covering dimensions such as performance enhancement, post-training recovery, and long-term physical function management, thereby enhancing the differentiated competitiveness of partners' solutions.

3. Sales plan implementation : Develop and implement regional annual/quarterly sales plans to ensure timely achievement of sales targets and cash collection goals in the high-end fitness channel.

4. Deepening Market and Community Cultivation : Participating extensively in top regional fitness industry exhibitions and community activities of elite athletes and fitness experts, leveraging channels to enhance the company's brand influence in the high-end fitness circle.

Job Requirements
