You own field execution, people development, revenue performance, and customer experience for a team of 25+ and growing. You work alongside crews in the field. You coach people up or move them out. You look at the numbers every week and know whether you're winning or losing.The right person is a proven integrator. You bring outside knowledge into the organization because standing still isn't in your nature. Moving industry experience is a plus but not required.
