IRL Manager โ€“ Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (SBB Required) โ€“ Full Time

Riverside, CA 

$143,000 to $158,000 

We are seeking an experienced IRL Manager to oversee immunohematology reference laboratory operations.

Schedule:
Full-time leadership role (day shift, Mondayโ€“Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee immunohematology reference laboratory operations
  • Manage technical and administrative laboratory functions
  • Ensure compliance with CA state regulations and AABB standards
  • Support complex antibody identification and advanced serologic work
  • Lead and develop laboratory staff and workflows

Qualifications:

  • California CLS license required
  • SBB (Specialist in Blood Bank) certification required
  • Prior management experience in reference or transfusion services required
  • Strong leadership and regulatory compliance background
