What Can You Expect

  • This position provides administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team. Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles
  • Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc.. (any project documentation)
  • Review and shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow and productivity

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience within the Construction Industry
  • Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role.
  • Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
  • Ability to both manage and be part of a team
  • Ability to develop strong business plans
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft products + scheduling software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
