Recruiting Coordinator | Long Beach CA

Location: Long Beach, CA in Office

We are a fast-paced Experiential Marketing Agency based in Long Beach that produces large-scale brand activations, live events, trade shows, and marketing programs across the U.S.

We're looking for a Recruiter Coordinator to support our HR Manager with recruiting efforts for local and national event staff, as well as assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple candidates and open positions, and helping build strong event teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Assist with recruiting event staff, drivers, producers, brand ambassadors, warehouse staff, and other project-based positions.

โ€ข Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and recruiting networks
โ€ข Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach, phone screenings and in person interviews
โ€ข Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and production teams
โ€ข Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
โ€ข Assist with onboarding new hires and employment paperwork
โ€ข Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
โ€ข Ensure recruiting processes align with employment laws and best practices
โ€ข Help maintain an organized recruiting workflow and candidate experience

โ€ข Assisting with general HR administrative tasks and special projects


Qualifications:

โœ” 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR or administrative experience
โœ” Experience supporting high-volume or event-based recruiting is a plus
โœ” Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies
โœ” Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
โœ” Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
โœ” Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics

โœ” Understanding of employment laws and interview compliance, including knowledge of appropriate and prohibited interview questions

โœ”Knowledge of EEO guidelines and fair hiring practices
โœ” Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

โœ”Experience recruiting for events, staffing agencies, hospitality, or experiential marketing is highly desirable

โœ”Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

โœ” Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required


Location: Long Beach, CA (In office)

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (In Office)
