Project/Program Manager - Project/Program Manager V
Location: Redmond, Washington (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of aerospace projects and programs. The manager will oversee all aspects of these initiatives, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. This position requires extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, lead the work of others, and prepare reports for upper management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of projects and programs from concept to completion.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress.
  • Prepare status reports for upper management.
  • Lead and direct the work of cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project schedules and perform risk management.
  • Ensure project adherence to aerospace design requirements.
  • Facilitate effective team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.
Experience:
  • 8 years of relevant project or program management experience.
  • 6+ years of cross-functional team leadership.
  • 4-6 years of experience with Integrated Master Schedule management.
  • 4-6 years of experience preparing action plans and schedules.
  • 2-4 years of experience with aerospace industry practices.
