Responsible for ensuring PIP/ARMS for hourly associates is conducted appropriately every April and October.E. Assesses the effectiveness of associates, provides candid, fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously works with associates on their areas of development.F.Ensures correct staffing levels, utilizes SQII and patterned interviewsG.Selects new associates based on competency identification, not need.H.Insuring exit interviews are conducted on all terminating associates.I.Demonstrates proper execution of training systems as outlined by the company while emphasizing the importance of training to management and associates.J.Ensuring acceptable associate performance and documents situations that require or could lead to disciplinary or corrective action. Follows through on all work and billing.
