YOUR LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

This full-time position typically works 50 hours a week.


As a professional in restaurant management, you overtake a variety of duties and responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction. To improve the operations of our food service team, you recruit, hire, train, and manage staff. While overseeing them, you nurture a positive working environment and monitor tasks to ensure quality control. You also create shifts to guarantee enough workforce is on the job to provide superior services. When on the floor, you greet and serve our guests as well as respond efficiently to questions and complaints.


To control costs and minimize waste, you manage restaurant supplies by estimating consumption, forecasting requirements, and maintaining inventory. Putting on your innovative thinker hat, you develop and implement various marketing strategies to improve productivity and sales. You also participate in local food events, create menu items, and develop our guest loyalty program. Having a job where you get to use your leadership skills to ensure both your guests and employees are happy brings you great satisfaction!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or a similar role
