The Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Partner is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, cultivating meaningful candidate relationships, and promoting a compelling employer brand. This role blends proactive sourcing, strategic partnerships, and hands-on recruiting with employee engagement and onboarding efforts that reinforce culture and long-term success. The ideal candidate brings a relationship-focused mindset and a passion for creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Lead and support full-cycle recruitment efforts across all departments, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience.
  • Execute national recruiting initiatives to attract top talent across key markets and support the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, industry associations, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, professional organizations, industry partners, and external recruiting resources to strengthen the firm's talent network and employer brand.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and oversee job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms, including the Intranet, ATS, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other talent channels.
  • Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, facilitate interview processes, and coordinate interview logistics, including multi-stage interview scheduling and candidate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, coordinate background screenings, and manage onboarding documentation to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring process.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, EEO requirements, pay transparency regulations, and firm policies.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement, talent attraction, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners and evaluate effectiveness of recruiting sources.
  • Administer Personalysis assessments and support talent assessment and selection processes.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits surveys to support competitive, market-aligned hiring decisions.
  • Lead the internship recruiting program, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and conversion strategies.
  • Coordinate internship programming and engagement activities, including leadership events, professional development opportunities, networking experiences, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage internship pipeline reporting and workforce planning efforts to support future talent development.

Employee Engagement:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, foster belonging, and reinforce the firm's values and employee experience.
  • Oversee planning and execution of annual new hire events, including logistics, travel coordination, agenda development, speaker management, and employee networking opportunities.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation programs and ensure employees are equipped with the resources, technology, and connections needed for a successful start.
  • Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to enhance onboarding experiences and improve employee integration, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage the firm's Integrity Pledge process through DocuSign for new and existing team members.
  • Create and manage employee communications, intranet content, spotlights, and announcements to promote engagement and keep employees informed.
  • Draft and distribute communications related to promotions, role changes, employee milestones, and organizational updates.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, including work anniversary acknowledgments and other engagement initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of firm-wide employee engagement activities, community service initiatives, and volunteer programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and relationship-based hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to support hiring and employer brand objectives.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms to build diverse, long-term talent pipelines.
  • Experience promoting employer brand through candidate engagement, internship programs, campus outreach, and internal or external communications.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies; ability to manage job postings and candidate workflows efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm professionally to candidates and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple recruiting and engagement initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices, EEO requirements, and pay transparency regulations.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute as a collaborative member of a people-focused team.
