The Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving the successful introduction of new plastic injection molded products and processes. This position requires in-depth knowledge of injection molding technologies, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, and continuing management of the program. The Program Manager is responsible for communicating the issues to all interested parties which may include manufacturing management, quality management, engineering, plant management and the applicable customer.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project management, specifically within plastic injection molding operations, strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, tooling design, and materials, strong communication, leadership and presentation skills, presents professional image when representing Baxter to both customers and vendors, as well as internally, must be able to travel as required. Must possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, the ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess the ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
