Job description

Duties * You will direct, coordinate or oversee work in facilities contract support services. * You will be responsible to review, accept or reject all contractor submittals in regard to their quality management system, safety program, environmental program and qualified contractor personnel. * You will provide advice to personnel on complex of Command interest projects, individual contract claims ort project modifications, reviewing manpower assignments and organization, or providing advice on operational methods and procedures.

* You will assist personnel reviewing plans and specifications; determining potential problems on projects; collaborate with contract personnel on contractual matters affected by construction management actions or requirements. * You will You will evaluate work performance of subordinates, make non-supervisory and supervisory selections within the work unit. Requirements Conditions of employment * Must be a US Citizen.

* This position shall take required training such as the 40-hour safety training, historical building training and various environmental training as needed. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Marketing acquisition services to internal and external agency customers, industry and commerce; 2) Providing advisory services regarding the business, financial or legal aspects of FSC; 3) Providing assistance, consultation and overall regional integration of FSC policies, processes, practices and program management directives for the FSC business line; 4) Performing continuous appraisal of utilization of fiscal resources in accomplishing program objectives and goals; and 5) Analyzes, evaluates and reviews procurement programs and issues.
