Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking a Program Manager to provide support to advanced analytic capabilities for intelligence analysts across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Manager - Senior Responsibilities Include:
  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
  • Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems

Program Manager - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Desired to have a minimum of 12 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • PMI, PMP, or DAU Equivalent certification required
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
