As a Leader Training Program (LTP) Coach, you will support the organization, direction, coordination, and conduct of quality training to coach, teach, and mentor brigade and battalion level commander s and staffs during each LTP exercise. What You'll Work On: * Conduct small group instruction focused on individual and collective training in the Military Decision-Making Process ( MDMP ) .
* Estimate procedures, mission command, and SOPs for planning, orders preparation, information management, rehearsals, and case studies for the Mission Command and their warfighting functions focused on critical thinking and decision making.
* Use Army doctrine as a basis for all training, developing practical exercises, decision making battle drills, battle management aids, and case studies to recommend the latest observed tactics, techniques, and procedures to enhance training effectiveness.
* Assist with recruiting personnel and oversee their integration.
* Guide the work we do for our clients to enable unit commander s and staff to prepare for upcoming training rotations. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * 10+ years of experience with Army and Joint training doctrine and policy
* Experience as a Battalion Commander
* Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Knowledge of Army mission command systems
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* Secret clearance
* HS diploma or GED
* Graduate of a Military Education Level ( MEL ) 1, Intermediate Level Education ( ILE ) , or Command and General Staff College ( CGSC ) Education Nice If You Have: * Experience as a Brigade XO or S3, Army Service School Instructor, or Combat Training Center ( CTC ) Observer, Controller, and Trainer ( OC / T )
* Experience as an LTP Brigade or Battalion Coach
* Experience in the USPACOM AOR
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
* Master's degree
