Overview

Workplace Type: On-Site

Compensation: This is a salaried position with eligibility for commission-based incentives.

As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will drive recruiting team performance and development, ensuring efficient staffing of new and existing patients and optimizing nurse utilization. You will collaborate closely with recruiting and operations leadership to support strategic hiring initiatives, resolve barriers to timely candidate placement, and ensure consistent execution of staffing goals.

This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-focused leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting high-quality patient care through effective recruitment and staffing practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Regional Staffing Efforts: Monitor and drive recruiting activity to ensure patient care needs are met and regional recruiting goals are achieved.
  • Support Team Success: Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to your recruiting team, including attendance, scheduling, and productivity expectations.
  • Coach and Drive Performance: Celebrate and recognize team achievements; deliver constructive feedback and address performance concerns when needed.
  • Optimize Recruiting Operations: Identify process bottlenecks or delays and collaborate with Recruiting and Operations leadership to implement solutions.
  • Improve Candidate Throughput: Drive efficiencies across the recruiting and onboarding process, with a focus on increasing starts and first billable shifts.
  • Maintain Compliance and Consistency: Ensure adherence to company policies, recruiting standards, and operational procedures.
  • Report and Communicate Results: Regularly review and share team performance metrics, providing coaching and recognition to support accountability and growth.
  • Model a HALOS Approach: Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-aligned work environment that reflects our values.
  • Support Complex Hiring Needs: Partner with stakeholders to resolve challenging need-to-hire (NTH) situations and placement barriers.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Prior recruiting and/or team leadership experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
