Job description

Alliance Industries is looking for an energetic and experienced Operations Recruiter that will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of our manufacturing and plant operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing, to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

This will be an on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Marietta, Ohio.

Requirements:

  • Execute an overall recruiting strategy for manufacturing type positions
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Team up with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate ATS, job boards, talent partner platforms
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and innovative methods
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong sense of ugency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
