Essential duties and responsibilities

The Manager, RecruitingTechnologyis responsible for the strategy, optimization, administration, and continuous improvement of recruiting systems, tools, and hiring workflows across the organization. This role partners closely with HR, OperationsandITto improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, recruiting analytics, automation, and top-of-funnel performance.

The ideal candidate combines recruiting operations expertise with strong technical aptitude and a passion for process improvement, AI-enabled recruiting solutions, and scalable hiring infrastructure in a high-growth, multi-location environment.

Recruiting Technology & Systems Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of recruiting technology platforms, including ATS,scheduling,onboardingandAI tools.

  • Configure andoptimizerecruiting workflows, automations, integrations,templatesanddashboards.

  • Lead system enhancements, testing, upgrades, implementations, and vendor management activities.

  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and seamless integrations between recruiting and HR systems.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to recruiting and operational leaders.

Recruiting Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and redesign recruiting workflows to improve speed, quality, scalability, and user experience.

  • Identifyautomation opportunities that reduce administrative burden and increase recruiter productivity.

  • Develop scalable hiring infrastructure to support rapid growth and high-volume recruiting needs.

AI & Innovation Strategy

  • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging recruiting technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Lead initiatives related to sourcing automationandscreening optimization.

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend technology enhancements that improve recruiting outcomes and operational efficiency.

  • Establish governance and best practices for responsible AI use within recruiting operations.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systemsand recruiting technologies, Workdayknowledge, preferred.

  • Ability tooptimizerecruiting workflows,automationsand system integrations to improve hiring efficiency and user experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics,identifytrends, and drive data-based decisions.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting technology, HRIS, or talent acquisition systems.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.

  • Experience with workflow automation, reporting tools, and recruiting analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and technology optimization initiatives.

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboard tools.

  • Experience supporting organizations with distributed field operations or hourly workforce recruiting.

  • Knowledge of recruiting and candidate journey optimization, preferred.
