Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
Fully Remote | Contract - Approx. 12 Months | Potential for Permanent Hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on behalf of a global organization for an approximately 12-month maternity leave coverage. This highly visible role blends recruiting leadership, operations, analytics, process improvement, and hands-on talent acquisition , with the potential for permanent employment.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will directly manage three team leaders while providing operational leadership and consistency across a globally dispersed recruiting team of approximately 12 recruiters supporting 37 markets and multiple time zones. The role will have a particular focus on Technology and Product talent , as well as executive-level recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters while driving accountability against established KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and global recruiting processes.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, governance, compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery across global markets.
  • Manage recruiter capacity, hiring demand, workforce planning, and operational performance.
  • Develop and optimize recruiting SOPs, workflows, playbooks, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and dashboards and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and recruiter efficiency.
  • Optimize the use of Workday Recruiting, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter , and other recruiting technologies.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, business leaders, HR Operations, Shared Services, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Support Technology, Product, and executive recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience leading recruiters and/or recruitment operations.
  • Strong experience within a global, matrixed organization ; technology industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment operations, process governance, compliance, QA, metrics, and service delivery.
  • Experience supporting Technology and Product recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Executive recruiting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data to manage performance and influence decisions.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting; Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter experience highly desirable.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across geographically dispersed teams.
