We are a fast-growing Healthcare IT workforce solutions firm seeking an AI-forward Talent Operations Specialist to help modernize and scale our recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruiting, sourcing, workflow automation, and AI-assisted talent operations.


You will work closely with recruiters and leadership to manage AI sourcing agents, evaluate candidate quality, optimize recruiting workflows, and maintain accurate ATS pipelines within Bullhorn. This is a highly operational role focused on speed, accuracy, and intelligent candidate management.


We are looking for someone who embraces emerging recruiting technologies and understands how AI can improve sourcing efficiency, candidate matching, and recruiter productivity.


What Youll Do

  • Manage and optimize AI-powered sourcing and recruiting agents
  • Review and triage candidate resumes for Healthcare IT positions
  • Identify viable candidates and route them to recruiters for engagement
  • Maintain candidate records, workflows, and pipeline accuracy within Bullhorn ATS
  • Support recruiter productivity through automation, workflow improvements, and candidate organization
  • Build and maintain Healthcare IT talent pipelines across specialties, including Epic, Cerner, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data analytics, PMO, and clinical applications
  • Conduct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, AI sourcing platforms, and automated workflows
  • Improve candidate matching quality through prompt refinement, filtering logic, and sourcing strategy adjustments
  • Monitor AI-generated candidate outputs for quality control and accuracy
  • Track sourcing metrics, pipeline movement, and recruiter handoff efficiency
  • Help identify and implement new recruiting technologies and automation opportunities


What Were Looking For

Required

  • Experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, workforce solutions, or talent acquisition support
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to assess resumes quickly and identify qualified candidates
