The Recruiter, Field (Los Angeles, CA) is responsible forfull-cycle recruitment of restaurant-level leadership roles including General Managers and Assistant General Managers.   • Managefull-cyclerecruiting for General Manager and Assistant General Manager roles across multiple markets.

  • Support new market and restaurant openings by ensuringtimelyhiring ofleadership roles.

  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter and Senior Manager, Field Recruiting on sourcing strategies and process improvements.

  • Leverage HARRI (CAVA's applicant tracking system) to manage candidate flow,maintainrequisitions, and track key hiring metrics.

  • Represent CAVA at recruiting events, hiring days, and networking forums as needed.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing CAVA's mission and values with potential candidates.

The Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment.

  • Strong sourcing skills and experience filling high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.

  • Comfortable advising and influencing operations partners throughout the hiring process.

  • Detail-oriented withstrong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with HARRI is a plus.

  • Passionate about findinggreat talentand making meaningful candidate connections.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% for events and market support.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
