What is a recruiting contract?

A recruiting contract is a formal agreement between a company and a recruiter or recruiting agency that outlines the terms and conditions for sourcing and hiring candidates. These contracts typically detail the scope of recruitment services, fee structure, payment terms, and confidentiality clauses. They help ensure that both parties understand their responsibilities and protect the interests of both the employer and the recruiter during the hiring process.

To thrive as a Recruiting Contractor, you need a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation, often supported by experience in HR or a related field.
