Job description

Xometry is looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent - including Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data roles - while also building a talent pipeline for future hiring. You will act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the talent needs of the organization are met, consulting on recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. This is a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing through offer presentation
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
  • Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their technical talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific technical roles and teams
  • Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow technical talent networks
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., Technology, Engineering, Product, Data)
  • Proven ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
  • Experience utilizing job boards, target company sourcing, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
  • Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in our office

This position pays a flat rate of $6,250 per month ($75,000 annualized).
