WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing) for a diverse mix of roles varying in seniority and complexity
  • Partner closely with teams to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, leveraging best practices to ensure quality hiring decisions
  • Use data and insights to influence the business on key decisions related to talent or business objectives
  • Help drive process optimization efforts on the team, and/or contribute to cross-functional projects and programs
  • Reliably use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other tools in our recruiting tech stack
  • Work cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and other internal teams on headcount prioritization
  • Be a culture champion for Box through authentic storytelling

WHO YOU ARE

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a track record of closing in-demand talent
  • Sales recruiting experience for a technology company required
  • Additional exposure to technical recruiting or GTM recruiting preferred
  • Fluent with key recruiting metrics and data that help inform optimal recruiting processes
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and simplifying complexity
  • Approaches work with a team-centric, solutions oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week
