About the Role:

As a Recreation Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating engaging recreational activities for our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will work closely with our rehabilitation teams to develop and implement activities that cater to various patient needs and abilities. Your enthusiasm and creativity will enable you to design and lead interactive programs, games, and outings that promote socialization, relaxation, and fun.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, that cater to patients' diverse needs and abilities
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to identify patient goals and create tailored activities that support their progress
• Promote socialization and interaction among patients through group activities and one-on-one interactions
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for recreational activities, adhering to infection control standards
• Document patient participation and progress in recreational activities
