Job description

Job summary: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent plans, organizes and participates in individual or group sports, fun or socio-cultural activities that promote the well-being, integration and rehabilitation of residents in accordance with the direction and meeting the needs of participants. He takes care of the physical organization of the room and performs the administrative tasks relating to these activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in recreation, DEC in recreation intervention techniques or experience in recreation service in a residential center may be considered an asset 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Sense of organization and logistics Dynamism and creativity Strong interest in working with an autonomous, semi-autonomous clientele Customer service orientation Flexibility in terms of schedules, one (1) weekend out of two (2) and availability for special activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office office tools Additional working condition: Comprehensive group insurance program paid at 50%, by the employer Replacement premium 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. work schedule, must be available every other weekend Accumulation of advantageous vacation according to years of seniority Salary increase according to the annual evaluation 50% of the STM or REM transport ticket paid by the employer upon successful completion of the probationary period Free meal program Free parking
