Job description

The Maison Bruyère residence is looking for a leisure technician for semi and non-autonomous residents. The recreation technician must be able to plan, manage and organize programs of social, cultural and sporting activities in addition to ensuring their animation. The activity program will have to be adapted to our clientele with a strong loss of cognitive and physical autonomy. We are looking for a dynamic person capable of managing both group activity and individual activities. Our goal is to provide an environment that is all the more stimulating and entertaining for our residents. The technician will also have to coordinate and organize activities / shows with external partners. The current work schedule is from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and is subject to change according to needs and the constantly increasing occupancy rate.
