Job description

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. VOAOHIN is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. The Certified Recovery Coach is responsible for focused support of clients during treatment. The CRS will work very closely with the case manager and treatment counselor to coordinate, deliver, and document direct service to clients. The primary focus of a CRS is the delivery of recovery and/or skills training and one-on-one coaching to clients in accordance with the CRS code of ethics, DMHA, Department of Child Services, Recovery Works, and VOA policies and procedures.

Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred. A valid Indiana Driver's License and clear driving record are required. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained.
