About the RoleWe are seeking a Records Management Analyst / Specialist with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, and Information Governance. This role will focus on records and information management, supporting enterprise-wide governance initiatives, and enabling collaboration through Microsoft technologies.
You will partner with business units and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that align with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement records and information management strategies across the enterprise.
Support and optimize solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, and Office 365.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
Provide expertise on information governance, metadata, retention, and compliance policies.
Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and configuration of content management tools.
Deliver training, documentation, and support to end users.
Required Skills & ExperienceStrong background in records management, information governance, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview.
Knowledge of Office 365 content management and governance features.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred QualificationsARMA certification (Information Governance/Records Management) โ highly desirable.
Experience with Microsoft Syntex.
8+ yearsโ experience in information governance or records management (public sector or utilities experience is a plus).
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Information/Data Sciences, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
