Anaheim Hyundai is seeking a Service Receptionist to join the team. You'll play an important part in supporting the service drive and maintaining our high quality customer experience. Pay: $20-$22/HR DOE

Schedule: Full Time (Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) *Saturday availability required occasionally*

What You'll Do

  • Assist advisors with greeting customers that are dropping off or picking up vehicles for service & repairs.

  • Answer incoming calls to the service department.

  • Provide customer updates via phone & text.

  • Send service reminders to customers via phone, text & email

  • Navigate traffic in the service drive during high volume times.

  • Move customer vehicles as needed.

  • Special projects as assigned.

  • Must be able to perform essential job functions, including being on your feet for extended periods of time and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
