Job description

We are a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our team and provide our guests with a care experience that will change their lives. If you would like provide a unique and memorable experience to our guests, we want to meet you. We are looking for a full time Receptionist.

The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned guests with the best customer service possible. Greet guests and family members as they come in. Answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested.

Maintain a current guest file by room number. Provide administrative/admissions support. Provide recruiting support.

Provide billing support. Must comply with HIPPA laws.
