The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned guests with the best customer service possible.
• Greet guests and family members as they come in.
• Answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested.
• Maintain a current guest file by room number.
• Provide administrative/admissions support.
• Provide recruiting support.
• Provide billing support.
• Must comply with HIPPA laws.
