Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Appointments: Managing patient appointments, rescheduling, and ensuring optimal flow of the day.
- Answering Phones: Handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing information about services.
- Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Checking in patients, verifying insurance information, and collecting payments or co-pays.
- Insurance Verification: Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, and assisting with claims processing.
- Managing Records: Updating patient records and ensuring proper documentation in the system.
- Handling Correspondence: Sending appointment reminders, follow-up emails, and any other necessary communication.
- Assisting with Billing: Processing payments, billing, and coordinating financial arrangements for patients.
- Coordinating with Dental Team: Ensuring smooth communication between patients and the dental team.
