Job Description:

The receptionist will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person, on the telephone or via email; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and departmentvisitoriPad; giving instructions to visitors or guests. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring surveillance cameras, and issuing employee and visitor badges.


What you'll do:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests as soon as they arrive and connects them with the appropriate department or party.

  • Answers the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.

  • Completes guest's intake, issues visitor badges, takes and passes on messages to guests.

  • Answers receptionist emails and responds to requests or forwards leads to an appropriate party.

  • Takes and places orders for office and coffee supplies from other departments.

  • Reports emergencies to leadership.

  • Handles incoming mail and distributes to the appropriate departments.

  • Monitors thecleanlinessof the main breakrooms and conference rooms and ensures they are stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Monitors janitorial services for efficiency reports any concerns to management.

  • Assists other departments with clerical needsand tasks, when necessary.

  • Coordinates and facilitates the daily high-level processes of an organization.

  • Performs office and clerical duties and facilitates communication between external and internal stakeholders such as customers, employee teams, vendors, and lenders.

  • Coordinates and helps with developing, coordinating and overseeing the protective measures of the organization.

  • Works with HR to coordinate safety and facilities onboarding training.

  • Conducts facilities onboarding training for new hires.

  • Verifies that employees consistently follow security protocols.

  • Works with facilities and safety vendors to coordinate and schedule safety and facilities projects.

  • Applies and maintains city and state permits and licenses.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

This is a contract/contingent role. This temporary assignment is expected to run from 07/10/26 to 07/20/26. The pay rate for this engagement is $20.00 - $22.25 per hour. Compensation for this role is paid by an authorized third-party staffing agency, who will serve as the employer of record for this engagement. Hydrafacial's compensation and benefits programs - including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off - do not apply to this role. Benefits eligibility, if any, is determined by the employer of record.
