Job description

Holcomb Bus has an immediate need for a Bi-Lingual (Spanish) receptionist. Hours are 9am-3pm (30 hours),Monday through Friday. The Receptionist/HR Assistant will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and directing internal (employees) and external customers, as well as provide support to the recruiting staff and HR Manager. In addition, they will file, sort mail, distribute supplies/orders and deliveries. This individual must have strong English and Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with applicants and employees.
Requirements:
2 + years of office/administrative experience; HR experience helpful
Ability to operate basic office equipment
Must be able to speak/understand both English and Spanish clearly
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
Pleasant and professional demeanor
